A syllable is combined by the initial and the final. A single initial or final can not become a syllable. In this lesson, we’ll come to learn the first group of initials: “b, p, m, f”. In which, “b, p, m” is bilabial, “f” is labia-dental. When you make the pronunciation, “p” and “f” is aspirated. It is much easier to learn the pronunciation of those initials because they have similar pronunciations respectively in English. We should also know the spelling rules of syllables: initial ahead, then the final followed; you should read the former part lightly, and then stress the back part.
一个完整的音节必须是声母和韵母在一起才能组成，只有韵母或只有声母，都不成其为音节。本节课我们来学习第一组声母：b p m f. 其中BPM是双唇音，F是唇齿音。发音时，P和f都要送气。这几个声母的发音在英语中都有对照的发音，因此学习起来比较容易。我们还必须了解音节的拼读方法：声母在前，韵母在后，前音轻短后音重。
