I'm busy, as busy as a bee. We always tell others like that. But work in working time, and learn in learning time. No matter how busy you are, you should squeeze some time for physical exercises. There is a common Chinese proverb "身体是革命的本钱" (shēntǐ shì gémìng de běnqián) "Health is fundamentlal to revolution". If you spend one hour on physical exercises every morning, I promise you will be vigorous for a whole day, and get much younger if you keep doing so. Today we'll come to talk about physical exercises for health.
