• The subscription of our class is calculated on the monthly basis , it begins from the first day the user pay successfully.
• According to the reservation, the subscriber can have one private class per day during the learning period of every month.
• (About how to cancel subscription) If you want to cancel your purchase, you have to go to "Your Account" page first, then click on the link "Cancel Purchase", and your purchase will be cancelled from next stage. For example, you purchased our service on June 21, 2007, so the payment will automatically occur on the 21st of every month. If you do cancel your purchase on Sep 15,2007, your payment will stop on Sep 21,2007, and you can't use our service any more from that date on. Unfortunately no refunds can be made less than 14 days each month.
• We'll try our best to present every user our best service, but we can’t foresee some irresistible factors ,such as, the problems with the software used in class, large-scale network error and unpredictable natural disaster (such as earthquake, tsunami, etc.)

• The user must contact our online advisor to reserve class. We hope you can let us know your class time 24 hours in advance, so that we can arrange you to a teacher within the shortest time. But if you need to choose an exclusive teacher to be your tutor, you need to choose class time according to the teacher’s working hours.
• If the user can't attend class at the reserved time, you should cancel your reservation 12 hours earlier in mypage after you log in our website, or send email to , or contact our online advisor through the instant messaging tools, and telephone（Calling from China: +86-27-87227042，Calling from North America:+1-604-639-5288）. After that, you can reserve the next class at your convenience through our online advisor.
• If you want to reserve class again in the same day, you must cancel the reserved class first, then contact our advisor to arrange another time and teacher.
• You’ll be considered to be late for class, unless you cancel your reservation 12 hours earlier.

During a tutoring session, the technical errors (including network error, computer malfunction, power-off, etc.) influence the class more than 15 minutes, we’ll arrange you another class within 24 hours; if it is caused by the user, you will assume responsibility for it. We hope you make reservation at the time you will be surely available and get yourself ready prior to the class; if you have to cancel it, please inform us as early as possible.
