走西口
A tour to the west



gē gē nĭ zŏu xī kŏu ， xiăo mèi mèi wŏ shí zài nán liú ，
哥哥你走西口，小妹妹我实在难留，
  My husband, you are about to go to the west, it's useless for me to ask you to stay
shŏu lā zhe gē gē de shŏu ， sòng gē sòng dào dà mén kŏu 。
手拉着哥哥的手，送哥送到大门口。

紧紧地拉着哥哥的袖，汪汪的泪水肚里流，
  Drawing your sleeve tightly, tears have to be shed into heart
zhĭ hèn mèi mèi wŏ bù néng gēn nĭ yī qĭ zŏu ，
只恨妹妹我不能跟你一起走，
  What should be hated is that I can go with you
zhĭ pàn gē gē nĭ zăo huí jiā mén kŏu 。
只盼哥哥你早回家门口。
  I only hope you could come back home as soon as possible
