Whom is the live class designed for?

Our small Live Conversation Class is particularly suitable for those who have a little bit of basic skills in Chinese and want to improve their Chinese conversation ability in a short time. The live conversation class focuses on Chinese oral communication. So, we hope you have known pronunciations (Pinyin), some simple characters and sentences before you join in our live class. If you don’t have this basis, we still offer the Pinyin lessons for the beginners as a learning bridge to the conversation lessons. There are three levels available in the live conversation class; the following table provides the description of three levels and tells which group of people is suitable to each level.

Levels	Description	Expected Learners
Beginner Level	Some basic topics in daily life, such as greetings, self-introduction, asking for the direction, pricing, expressing opinions and so on.	The beginner level students, who can read simple Pinyin, but need teacher’s instruction to correct their pronunciation and practice the conversation.
Elementary Level	More topics in daily life: at post office, in the bank, shopping, dining, invitation, asking for a leave, traveling and so on. If you join our live class of elementary level, you can engage in discussions for common topics and express your own opinions freely.	The students who are familiar with Pinyin, and be able to understand or speak some simple sentences. They should know about some easy sentence structures, and can conduct some simple Chinese conversations.
Intermediate Level	In this level, you can talk about jobs, movies, traveling, business cooperation and some more complicated topics in Chinese. You can express your emotion and opinions in Chinese and you can also go through in the daily life and business occasions without hindrance.	The students are able to understand and speak simple Chinese, grasp over 1500 common Chinese characters and simple Chinese grammar. Meanwhile, they can express your opinion in Chinese fluently.

Live Class is not designed for those who are totally beginners in Chinese learning.

—— Totally beginners we mean you have no foundation on Chinese communication, you don’t know how to read Pinyin, and even you have never spoken any Chinese words. We advise you to start your learning from Pinyin course. In our Online Course, we provide Pinyin courseware to you for free. Besides, you can join in our live class at beginner level to study Pinyin too except that you study the courseware independently on your own.
