I love the Spring Festival,my family eat out every year on the Lunar New Year Eve.Many people shoot off firecrackers on New Year's Eve and everywhere is full of happy atmosphere.if you come to China,you will enjoy it.

I'm not sure why the page is not zooming to fill the screen of the user device but, with iOS devices and most modern gadgets you can zoom in with your touch screens to your heart's content. Go nuts!

After finishing my <a href="http://vznvskhbhzx.com">balohcer</a> I wanted to do something practical with my knowledge of new media. So I started at the Medialab Amsterdam to do a new media project for half a year. I was in the Culture Vortex project that is a part of the Institute for Network Cultures. The aim for this project is; how to get more people involved into online digital collection and let people participate/use/reuse/remix those collections. In our project we got the digital collection of the Netherlands Institute of Sound & Vision in Hilversum. They started a project were they are digitalizing old broadcast material from Netherlands; Open Images. These images are free to share/reuse because they have got a creative commons licenses. I find this an interesting topic to talk about. Especially, are these images public domain or not? Is indeed all taxed payed government work public domain?

我是連過來剛好看到此篇討論。我不是哲學者（其實我是數學系的），但因為興趣也看了一些frued的書籍。我想提出幾個在這篇討論想到的東西，參考參考。（1）精神分析的東西，我覺得很可能是不能用分析哲學的思維方式進行思考的。甚至精神分析的思維方式，說不定恰好跟分析哲學的相反過來。例如，例子裡提到的對病人的詮釋與療癒問題，討論會說「這個詮釋對不對（為不為真），但在個案分析裡並不討論「為不為真」，他們是透過「極細緻的經驗現象」進行詮釋，所以他們要求的是「更好的詮釋」而不是「真或假」。（2）從frued到後期的lacan…等，過去frued會說發現了什麼「現象」，並對之做出詮釋；後期的lacan會說，對於freud發現的「某個現象」，我現在有更好的詮釋；或是，對於那個freud曾經發現並描述出來但還難以詮釋的「某個現象」，我現在可以試著詮釋看看。這個「能夠做出更好的詮釋」的基礎，除了新的「結構」被發現外（例如語言轉向之後），也有可能是新的現象被發現，或是新的組織方式被想出來。（3）病人能夠「發生改變」，在上述的討論中看起來是「因為被詮釋出來，病人相信了，於是改變發生」。但是在精神分析中，是「改變現象」其實已經（或明或暗）發生了，詮釋只是事後的詮釋而已，這個詮釋企圖建立「理論結構」。而這個理論架構並不是「推論形式」的理論架構，而是一種「結構」，裡面會發生各種「元素的變化」，某個個案的實際情況，可能是「理論結構」其中一種「變化形式」，你可以從個案的實際情況中去猜測其「各種元素的變化形式」。這個「變化形式」在freud應該就是「動力的流動及消漲」的狀態。（4）所謂「病人的實際情況」資料來自（我聽朋友說過的）每周數次，長達數年的分析資料。例如Jung接受分析十年以上，當然中間有中斷的時期。這種是所謂的「精神分析」，而進入醫療體系的「精神醫學」，似乎又不太一樣了，進入「科學醫療」的「幾次」領域。（5）再譬如說，當某種偏見普遍存在，我們當然可以證明偏見的命題為偽，我也可以證明某些前提無法「證成」我們以為的結果。但是，同樣的，偏見現象依舊存在，人們並不因為「命題被證明就會改變」，就像病人並不是因為被詮釋的內容而發生改變。而精神分析在此要猜測的便是（這個人）為何會有這樣的偏見，或（在文化上）這個族群為何會有「這樣」的偏見。（6）最後，「人」通常會「眷戀些什麼」，我在此建議，如果我們用「中文」的「眷戀」這個詞彙來理解freud「eros」，來代替「幹你娘」、代替「生理的性」，我們或許可以在精神分析的文本中看見另一片天，另一種發現意義的途徑。不過，我還是建議直接去讀freud或lacan或kristeva或誰的書，而不是其他人對前述誰的解讀，因為我發現這些人「所關心的事」和再解讀者所關心的，通常非常不一樣。我用直白的方式說我大致上知道的、想說明的東西，不是很嚴謹的界定，大概是這樣。謝謝。 http://www.carinsuranceinillinois.net/
