Payment and refund policy
You can always find the current prices and the payment methods in the bill-paying process on the Chinesehour website, following links for "Purchase Now". However, we cann’t guarantee that not all the payment methods are available to all the countries. The prices listed do not include any VAT or other applicable taxes; you will be responsible for paying any such taxes. You agree that we may include some or all of such taxes in your credit card charges. Chinesehour may change the subscription fees then in effect without notice. You are responsible for all use of the Service accessed through your password.
Payment
The current payment at Chinesehour is a monthly subscription based service, and therefore the fees are charged by month.
Please note that subscriptions made through credit cards or the PayPal are automatically renewed by the end of each circulation unless you cancel your subscription.
To concel the subscription, please refer to “My Page ” for “My account”, and then select “Concel payment” button.
Refund policy
If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel subscription via email to us at [email protected], and we will refund your money in full.
Please note that requests for refunds must be made within 14 days after your payment. No refunds will be issued on requests received after that date. To avail of the refunds, send the email to [email protected] with your full name and password, as well as your reason for requesting a refund, if possible.
If you are eligible for a refund, you will be issued a refund check by email. And your refund willbe processed to the method used for payment within 30 days according to the refund policy. If your refund record hasn’t come up in your bank bill after six weeks, please contact to your bank or the credi card company for further assistance.
