Folk Song: 今夜月明 Bright Moon Tonight

Photo taken on Aug. 24, 2008 shows the performance at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Closing Ceremony in the National Stadium (Bird’s Nest) in Beijing. The Closing Ceremony began at 8 p.m. (GMT/UTC +8) on Sunday.

The folk song peroformed at the closing ceremony “今夜月明 Bright Moon Tonight” is originally titled as “xiăo hé tăng shuĭ (小河淌水) The Stream Flows”, a famous folk song from Yunnan Province.    　　新浪财经讯 8月24日晚，北京奥运会圣火在国家体育场“鸟巢”的主火炬塔缓缓熄灭，国际奥委会主席罗格在“鸟巢”致辞并宣布第29届奥林匹克运动会闭幕，罗格称本届奥运会是一届真正的无与伦比的奥运会。

   　　与此同时，2012年伦敦奥运会进去了四年倒数阶段。英国首相戈登·布朗，伦敦市长鲍里斯·约翰逊、伦敦奥组委主席塞巴斯蒂安·科、球星贝克汉姆等人于二十五日凌晨现身位于北京什刹海旁边的“伦敦之家”，参加了伦敦接棒奥运会的庆祝活动。

   　　作为伦敦之家的官方媒体合作伙伴，新浪网现场直击了庆祝活动的全过程，并在APTN的协助下，独家对话了参加伦敦8分钟表演的英国超女利昂娜·刘易斯：

   　　主持人：嗨，Leona！你有计划下次来北京发展你的歌唱事业吗？

   　　Leona Lewis：我希望如此，我来亚洲也有几次了，我当然希望能再来中国，这里的观众很棒，非常支持。所以，我希望如此吧。

   　　主持人：你觉得自己为什么会被选中在伦敦8分钟里献唱？

   　　Leona Lewis：我不知道，真的，我想也许是因为我来自伦敦，我代表那里，我想他们认为“你来自伦敦，带来你的音乐”，所以我猜这就是为什么他们选中我。

   　　主持人：你是否认为自己也代表了某种奥运精神呢？

   　　Leona Lewis：我希望是的，你知道，我的表演工作需要每周训练、表演，我想努力表现，所以我想这也是某种精神，还有我很努力。

   　　主持人：在你的歌唱事业中遇到过什么挑战吗？

   　　Leona Lewis：这一路走来当然遇到过很多挑战。你所做的一切都存在挑战，你需要战胜困难，你只需要战胜它们，努力投入工作。
